in Block E downtown Minneapolis between Graves 601 Hotel and
Starbucks on the street level. Parking is available in the
Block E ramp which is located on 7th Street between Gameworks
and Hard Rock Cafe. Spa entrance is on 1st Avenue North between
6th and 7th streets (across from Target Center).

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may have services shortened to end at the
scheduled time to be respectful to the next guest's time.
- Jewel is not responsible for guest's valuables such as
cell phones or jewelry.
- Please remember to shut off cell phones out of respect
for other guests.
- Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel an appointment,
we require a 24 hour notice on single services and 48 hour
notice on multiple services. Large group appointments
are secured with a credit card and require a minimum of
48 hour cancellation notice. When appointments or
large groups are secured with a credit card and the cancellation
notice requirement is not met, then the full price of the
service(s) will be charged to the card.
